⁠Shipping and Delivery Policy

Every piece of furniture we create is custom-made to your exact specifications. Because of this, production time varies depending on the volume, size, and complexity of your order.

On average, the manufacturing and finishing process takes 15 to 25 days.

Once your furniture is ready, we maintain 100% transparency by inviting you for a final inspection. This is done either via a detailed video call or an in-person visit to our store/warehouse.

We will strictly only dispatch the furniture after two conditions are met:

You have fully approved the final product.

We have received the 100% full and final payment for the order.

Our average total delivery timeframe from the date of order placement to your doorstep is 22 to 35 days.

Once the final payment is received and the item is handed over to the transporter, the estimated transit times are:

Domestic (Within Nation): 5 to 10 days.

International: 30 to 45 days.

We do not charge shipping fees directly. To assist our customers, we arrange a 3rd-party transport service to deliver the furniture to your location.

Customers must pay the shipping charges directly to the 3rd-party transporter upon delivery.

Because shipping is handled by an independent third party and paid directly by you, our liability ends the moment the approved furniture leaves our warehouse.

We do not take responsibility for any damages, scratches, delays, or breakages that occur during transit.

Transit Insurance: We strongly advise all customers to purchase transit insurance for their furniture to protect against potential transit damage. Please inform us during the approval stage so we can assist in adding insurance to your transport booking.
